Queer for Queer was founded and is fully led by people with lived experiences - queers and/or migrants/asylum seekers/refugees. We are using those experiences to create a new circle of queer care by bringing successful professionals and queer (and ally) organisations to provide education, skill improvement and employment support for queers in disadvantaged positions.

Once their disadvantaged positions have improved, they are encouraged to continue being a part of our circle of queer care by sharing knowledge and offering employment to those still in challenging situations.
Sharing their lived experiences
By sharing their lived experiences of life’s hardship and subsequent professional successes, these previously disadvantaged individuals become heroes, inspirations and beacons of hope for those who are still disadvantaged.
